Visual & Performing Arts

At National Public School, we believe that creative expression is a vital component of holistic education. Our Visual and Performing Arts program nurtures creativity from a very young age, guiding students through progressive stages of artistic development.

Introduction to Creativity:

In the early years, children are encouraged to explore their creativity through play, drawing, music, and movement. Activities are designed to spark imagination and develop basic artistic skills in a joyful, supportive environment.

Skill Development:

As students progress, they begin to refine their artistic talents. They receive structured instruction in visual arts, music, dance, and drama, learning techniques and building confidence in their abilities. This stage emphasizes both individual expression and collaborative projects.

Advanced Expression & Performance:

In the senior years, students have the opportunity to specialize in their chosen art forms. They engage in more complex projects and performances, developing their skills to a high level of proficiency. This stage includes opportunities for public performances, exhibitions, and participation in competitions, allowing students to showcase their talents.

Through our Visual and Performing Arts program, students at NPS not only develop their artistic abilities but also gain confidence, emotional intelligence, and a deeper appreciation for the arts, preparing them for a lifetime of creative expression.
