Administrative Lead – CERT LLC | Fairfax, VA

Location: Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax, VA (on-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $55,000–$72,500 annually

Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off (see details below)

Start Date: ASAP

About CERT LLC:

CERT LLC is a fast-growing emergency medical training company located inside Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax, VA. We proudly train over 2,000 students each year through our EMT and American Heart Association (AHA) certification programs — equipping the next generation of first responders, volunteers, and healthcare professionals.

We’re not a big-box training provider. We’re a nimble, mission-driven team that values public service, accountability, and impact. As we expand to serve more communities across Virginia, we’re looking for a professional, experienced Administrative Lead who can keep us organized, efficient, and forward-moving.

The Opportunity:

As our Administrative Lead, you'll play a central role in our day-to-day operations and long-term growth. This isn’t an entry-level support role — it’s a leadership position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves systems and structure, and is excited to be part of something meaningful.

You’ll work directly with the company’s leadership and help manage student services, compliance, scheduling, and internal systems — creating the foundation that allows our training team and students to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily administrative operations, including scheduling, records management, and communications.
  • Oversee student onboarding, uniform distribution, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain class rosters, databases, payment records, and certification tracking.
  • Supervise and support administrative team members and instructors with logistical needs.
  • Assist with operational coordination for new training locations and seasonal expansions.
  • Support company leadership with reporting, contract prep, and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a professional and positive point of contact for students, vendors, and partners.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of administrative, operations, or office management experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); comfort learning new software.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to manage others with professionalism.
  • Bonus: Experience in EMS, education, or medical training environments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with QuickBooks, Canva, scheduling tools, or CRM systems.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $55,000–$72,500/year, based on experience.
  • Health Insurance after 180 days of employment.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan after 180 days of employment.
  • Two Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) annually, plus company holidays.
  • Opportunities for growth as we expand into new cities and markets.
  • Mission-Driven Culture : Join a team that makes a real difference every day.
  • Supportive Environment : You’ll be trusted to lead and supported to succeed.

How to Apply:

Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to admin@gogetcertified.com. In your message, tell us why you’re interested in this role and what makes you a great fit for CERT’s mission and environment.

We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis and encourage early submissions.
