Pay rate: $70-85/hr.

8 AM - 5 PM - Day Shift

Plans, develops and implements messaging for promotion of product awareness, business plans and management communications. Partner with management, business units, or sales to leverage message. Develops, enhances or revises marketing collateral for web, print or other media channels. Participates in media placement decisions. May work with outside agencies to build and execute a media strategy. May function as editor for formal business communications. May design and implement measurements to analyze messaging program effectiveness and quantify revenue generated from executed programs.

  • Collaborate with TCM, DT Communications Lead, and other functional teams to align on communication planning strategy, tactics and communication delivery timeline.
  • Gather, synthesize, and interpret relevant information from various sources, such as change impacts, stakeholder feedback, etc.
  • Lead development and alignment of key message themes and maps.
  • Craft clear, concise, and engaging messages that have been edited and proofread for accuracy and consistency.
  • Deploy DT communication content via defined channels (e.g., e-mails, newsletters, etc.)
  • Develop and align DT communication content (e.g., PowerPoint slides) for delivery in meetings or roadshows.
  • Regularly update DT communication collateral.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from communications as input to change readiness activities and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports on communication outcomes.
  • Work in a deadline-driven and dynamic environment where priorities and requirements shift.
  • Work closely with TCM, DT Communications and Change Leads to ensure alignment and support for communication initiatives.
  • Proven experience in communications development, management, and deployment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience working with and influencing leadership and key stakeholders (up to C-suite)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable with and adaptable to ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed organization and be proactive and creative in finding solutions.
  • Able to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and leadership levels.
  • Able to solicit and incorporate diverse perspectives and feedback and promote a culture of engagement and participation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Located within 50 miles of the Fremont, CA (US) location and able to travel within US, up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on complex technology implementations or digital transformation programs.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or related field
