We’re a purpose-driven marketing and outreach agency that partners with nonprofits, advocacy groups, and social impact organizations . Our mission is to help these organizations connect with communities and amplify the causes that matter most.

Now, we’re growing our team and looking for compassionate, people-focused individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives . In this role, you’ll engage directly with the public at live events and help raise awareness for important causes— no cold calling, no desk work.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events and outreach activations

• Start meaningful conversations and explain the mission of the organizations we support

• Encourage community involvement and build relationships with supporters and donors

• Collaborate with your team to increase visibility and engagement for each campaign

• Maintain professionalism and authenticity while representing social causes face-to-face

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine interest in nonprofit work, advocacy, or social impact

• A team-oriented attitude and a desire to help others

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, interactive role

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• No experience needed — we provide paid training!
