As a Customer Service Representative , you'll play a vital role in driving community engagement and donor support . This is not your typical customer service job—you’ll be on the front lines at live events and outreach campaigns , representing high-impact nonprofits and advocacy groups in a face-to-face, public-facing environment .
Represent nonprofit and advocacy campaigns at community outreach events
Communicate mission-driven messages with empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm
Engage with donors, supporters, and the public to build meaningful connections
Collaborate with outreach and event teams to maximize visibility and impact
Serve as a professional, compassionate representative for important social causes
Strong verbal communication and people skills
