Cross-train in event marketing , fundraising , public outreach , and team leadership
Represent top nonprofit brands at live events , retail promotions , and community campaigns
Lead event teams and manage operations within the first 90 days of training
Build relationships with retail partners , venues , and nonprofit stakeholders
Analyze campaign performance data and recommend improvements
Support new market expansion initiatives along the West Coast
Participate in leadership development workshops and hands-on coaching
Entry-level professionals or recent graduates eager to grow into marketing, event, or operations leadership
Strong communicators with a positive attitude and team-first mentality
Motivated, coachable, and ready to take initiative
Willing to travel locally and regionally for events
Passionate about nonprofit missions , social impact , and community outreach
Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required; college students/recent grads encouraged to apply
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
Must have reliable transportation
Full paid training from experienced marketing and nonprofit professionals
Real-world experience in campaign management , event planning , and team leadership
Clear advancement path to Team Lead , Campaign Manager , and Client Relations roles
Collaborative, high-energy culture focused on professional growth and social good
Work with leading charities , cause-based campaigns , and trusted retail brands
