This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a telehealth-first behavioral healthcare organization focused on expanding access to compassionate, evidence-based mental health services. The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) will work 100% remotely, providing virtual therapy and care coordination for individuals, couples, and families facing relational, emotional, or psychological challenges.

Virtual Assessment & Intake: Conduct initial assessments and psychosocial evaluations via telehealth to identify relational dynamics, mental health concerns, and treatment goals.
Therapeutic Services: Provide ongoing individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices in a secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual setting.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans aligned with their needs, goals, and values.
Crisis Management: Respond to virtual crises as needed, providing de-escalation, risk assessments, and appropriate referrals. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of all clinical sessions, care plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record (EHR).
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with internal medical and behavioral health teams to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.
Resource Referral: Connect clients with external community resources when necessary (e.g., support groups, case management, social services).
Confidentiality & Ethics: Adhere to all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards for LMFTs, especially in a telehealth setting.
Licensure (Required): Active and unencumbered LMFT license in Indiana
Preferred: Dual licensure in both Indiana and Florida
Education: Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field
Experience: At least 1–2 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
Certifications: CPR certification required; additional training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or systemic family therapy models is a plus
Strong telehealth therapy and relational counseling skills
Knowledge of family systems theory and evidence-based therapeutic models
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a virtual environment Experience with EHR documentation and telehealth platforms
Ability to manage a caseload of up to 25 patients
