Summer Schedule: Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Fall Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Compensation : $28 to $33 per hour

More details:
A family in Madison, NJ is looking for a wonderful Manny/Nanny for their two children. The typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm from now through the end of summer and Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm starting in late August/September. The Caregiver will mainly be with one child at a time for Mom to have more one-on-one time with each child.

Duties:
Duties for this home include preparing snacks and heating up meals for the children. Transporting them to sports and activities. Basic tidying up after the children and doing their laundry during downtime is a plus but not required.

Ideal caregiver:
The ideal Caregiver for this home is organized, honest, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator. Looking for someone attentive and alert, who will be vigilant about avoiding sesame, egg, and tree nuts as the children are severely allergic. A Caregiver who will engage with the children in play and learning. They will encourage the children to be confident and to safely explore his environment, writing and painting.

About the children:
This smart toddler is very affectionate, playful, curious, determined, happy, and independent. He loves being hands on and thrives in an environment where someone plays with him! He enjoys doing science projects, music and gym classes, playing outside, and helping out in the real kitchen! This 3-year-old is in OT and is talkative but may have a difficult time sharing his emotions. He is currently playing soccer and swimming. He has a severe sesame allergy and mild allergy to nuts.

This 8-month-old little sister is a chill baby. She is affectionate and enjoys being held. She is allergic to egg and tree nuts. While this baby is growing in strength everyday, the family is still managing her feeding and kidney care.

About the parents:
These parents are generally easygoing. Mom is an open book, loves to talk, and is transparent in every situation. Dad is a doer, even keeled, and more quiet. They are both down to earth and are focused on teaching their children kindness! Discipline in this home includes positive and negative reinforcement and Parents want to be consistent in that! They understand that life can get crazy sometimes and do their best to be patient and respectful of others. All family members are vaccinated for Covid-19, and Parents are boosted as well.
