The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Marketing & Communications Specialist who brings both creativity and structure, someone who enjoys writing, collaborating, and shaping a firm’s public presence. This full-time, in-person role bridges tactical execution and strategic influence. You’ll support brand storytelling, digital presence, attorney visibility, and client engagement as we continue to grow.
This is a mid-level role, ideal for someone with 3–6 years of experience in professional services marketing, especially within legal, accounting, or consulting sectors.
Key Responsibilities
· Implement and support firmwide marketing and branding initiatives
· Create compelling content for blogs, bios, social media, newsletters, client alerts, press releases, and email campaigns
· Manage and grow our social media presence (especially LinkedIn)
· Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of firm events (client events, internal celebrations, sponsorships, etc.)
· Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external collateral
· Analyze and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
· Liaise with external vendors for video/photo shoots, branded merchandise, and design support
· Collaborate with attorneys to elevate their visibility and thought leadership
· Support business development efforts, including award nominations, RFP responses, and client-facing pitch decks
· Bring creativity and positivity to every project, you help set the tone for an energized office culture
May perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
· 3–6 years of experience in legal or professional services marketing
· Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of grammar, storytelling, and voice
· Professional presence and confidence interacting with attorneys, executives, and leadership teams
· Proficient with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, and Microsoft Office
· Deep familiarity with LinkedIn and digital campaign best practices
· Exceptional organizational skills—you can juggle competing priorities with ease
· A collaborative mindset and sense of humor; you’re a team player who elevates others

Compensation & Benefits
· Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
