Fun, busy, and progressive family in Vienna, VA is seeking a live-in nanny/housekeeper to help support their busy household. Must be warm, organized, and a true team player—mom is very hands-on and wants someone who can partner with her. The family has 5 children.
Split shift: 6:45/7 AM–1 PM and 3–7 PM
Must be flexible, especially around naps, school runs, and dinner time.
Morning help and school drop-offs
Caring for toddler and baby
Kid laundry and tidying rooms
Light housekeeping (kitchen, kids’ spaces, vacuuming)
Simple meal prep (chicken, veggies, pasta)
Keeping bathrooms clean (four boys!)
Are calm, confident, and respect boundaries
Clean up after yourself
Communicate openly and take initiative
Align with progressive values and maintain a respectful presence in the home
lower-level suite with kitchenette and separate entrance
Family car provided for work
