KiPS Family Gymnastics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team! This part-time position is ideal for a seasoned coach who is passionate about gymnastics, enjoys mentoring others, and is eager to contribute to a positive gym culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach intermediate and advanced gymnastics classes with confidence and consistency.
• Collaborate with the Gym Manager to help train and mentor newer coaches.
• Provide thoughtful input and feedback on class curriculums, lesson plans, and skill progressions.
• Support the Gym Manager in daily operations as needed.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all athletes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years coaching gymnastics, with experience in intermediate to advanced levels.
• Strong understanding of skill development, spotting techniques, and athlete progression.
• Positive leadership style and effective communication with children, parents, and staff.
• Willingness to be a team player and take initiative.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
