Job Description
Resolution Think LLC, a joint venture organization, is seeking a highly qualified Senior Database Administrator to provide critical Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) support for Federal Occupational Health Information Technology (FOH IT). This role requires an experienced professional with comprehensive database administration expertise and exceptional problem-solving capabilities. The services provided will support FOH IT in performing its FOH enterprise-wide IT responsibilities covering FOH and its customers, will perform strategic and technical ITSM tasks and activities essential for FOH to optimize operational performance, and will provide administrative, technical and engineering staff to develop, implement, and maintain elements of the assigned infrastructure.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive database administration support for FOH IT systems and infrastructure
- Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and performance tuning
- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems.
- Ensure database performance, security, and availability across federal systems
- Troubleshoot complex database issues and provide innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical operations
- Maintain compliance with federal IT security standards and regulations
- Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
- May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
- Writes manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
- Must have a working knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts.
- Utilizes experience-based judgment to plan strategically and achieve objectives.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Typically reports to a manager.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Requirements: - Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
- Education : Graduate from a college or university accredited
- Experience : 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Citizenship : U.S. Citizenship
- Credentialing : Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Current physical and immunizations.
