Job Description
Resolution Think LLC joint venture, is seeking a talented and experienced Systems Support Engineer to provide Information Technology Service Management support for Federal Occupational Health, Information Technology, (FOH IT). The services provided will support FOH IT in performing its FOH enterprise-wide IT responsibilities covering FOH and its customers, will perform strategic and technical ITSM tasks and activities essential for FOH to optimize operational performance, and will provide administrative, technical and engineering staff to develop, implement, and maintain elements of the assigned infrastructure.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities: - Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
- Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Typically reports to a manager
Requirements: - Degree: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar degree (Masters preferred)
- Education : Graduate from a college or university accredited
- Certification : Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- Citizenship : U.S. Citizenship.
- Credentialing : Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Current physical and immunizations.
- Physical: Possess and maintain the ability to lift and manipulate loads or weights up to 20 kilograms/45lbs.
- Job Site Requirements : You must be on the premises to perform the job. The environment is fast-paced and multifaceted, with conditions and duties that can change quickly throughout a shift.
