Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Foreman to oversee and support general construction projects in Fresno, CA. This is a hands-on, working foreman role responsible for leading a small crew, managing job site efficiency, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Ideal candidates should have an understanding of  the following:

  • New construction
  • Tenant improvement
  • Remodels 
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Drywall
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually
Company work truck provided during work hours (Drives from shop to job sites daily)
Health Insurance and 401K with company match after 90 days

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a small team of construction workers.
  • Provide clear direction and supervision in alignment with the Project Manager’s directives.
  • Promote a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Implement and uphold quality standards to ensure work meets project specs and industry codes.
  • Enforce all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Track project timelines, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with team members, stakeholders, and management regarding job status, challenges, and updates.
  • Ensure team and trucks are equipped daily with necessary tools and materials for the day’s tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of General Construction experience.
  • Experience with Commercial Tenant Improvements and High-End Residential Construction preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead successful construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Solid technical knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to job site issues.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
  • Forklift, Scissor Lift, and Aerial Lift Certified (preferred)
  • JOC (Job Order Contracting) Experience (preferred)
